        Blu is a "New York" style restaurant in NJ. The food is innovative, delicious and perfectly prepared. The consistency of top notch cuisine and excellent service make Blu a regular staple in my dining rotation. Some of my favorites include: Appetizers: charred octopus, tuna tartar, roasted red & golden beets w/ goat cheese & strawberries. Entree: salmon, duck or short ribs. Dessert: black olive cake or panna cotta. Definitely the best restaurant in town.
