I am leaving one star due to man that we dealt with being rude and lacking any bit of customer service. We went in asking about different frames and had a number of my grandmas paintings to be framed. We decided to just add a backing and a wire to one just to see how they did and I am glad we did because I will never go back. We asked how much it would be and he shared $12 which not at all a problem at all and very reasonable. The issue came when I wanted a receipt that we were leaving the item there for work. He laughed at us and said in exact words, "now you are going over the $12 dollar mark." That was an unnecessary and rude remark and I tried to explain that this is an irreplaceable item from my grandma who was no longer able to paint and he didn't respond, but reluctantly gave me a copy of the form. We waited almost 2 weeks due to the holiday even though the man informed us it should be done in a week. Today I asked my boyfriend to call and someone informed him, "It was done last week or the week before and I guess I must have thought someone called or something." I have to be honest we want to support local businesses, but with customer service like this I will not go back. The item was done well all in all, but that doesn't eliminate the really bad experience of dealing with all of this. I really wish this had gone differently.
