THIS IS THE ONLY RATING YOU NEED TO READ! My wife and I drove an hour looking for my first ATV. Vince and Emory were outstanding. They were both extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. That is what customer service is all about. They helped us pick out the best ATV for our needs. There was no pressure or attempts to sell us the expensive models. After two hours, a lot of questions, and a complete walk thru of all the features, we left with a new CF500. They took their time and allowed us to take our time in deciding. Everyone at this dealership greeted us even if just walking by. It was well worth the hour ride.

I recently purchased a c-force 500 ATV here Im very happy with it. Mark was my salesman he was very knowledgeable and very patient with my questions went over all of the mechanics of the bike and gave me a few tips for breaking it in. The price on the sticker was the price I paid I have no complaints im very happy with the way they do things highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY MOTORCYCLE HERE!Last week I went to this dealership to buy the 2022 Kawasaki Z400. Everything was fine until I rode it this week, I was riding on the local highway at 50mph then the engine was overheating and shut down in the middle of highway. I was almost got killed.I contacted the dealership right after that, I stated probably because of the fan problems. And they wanted to charge me $315 for pick up and deliver back, they said because the warranty did not cover for the delivery. WTF dude?! You sold product to the customers without mechanically check then the engine died in the middle of highway which was almost killed your customer and you still want the money?!To all of people out there want to buy a motorcycle, just look somewhere else, avoiding this dealership at all cost. They just want your money, at once you signed on the papers, they will no longer take any accountability and responsibility. Although the sale guy in there, Vince Parenti, helped me a lot but he is just an employee. The problem is the management team there is too greedy, unaccountability and irresponsibility.I'm really disappointed to what they've done. Never ever return to this dealership. I'll let all my friend in NJ, local area, and coworkers in Navy to avoid this dealership!

I bought a 6 month old atv still under factory warranty. The winch switch is warn, the winch itself is difficult to see under the brush guard and plastic. After 2 years and only a handful of uses for plowing snow, the winch quit. To my surprise there is a nujet 3000 on the kymco. It was my understanding this model came with a factory warn winch. I have Googled the hell out of nujet can't find winch only impellers for jet skis. I was told this dealer prepped it new and took it on trade 6 months later. I find it hard to believe the dealer missed the previous owner swapping the winch. I was told the previous owner traded on utv, maybe the dealer swapped it for them, maybe somebody at the dealership upgraded their own equipment. But ultimately it's shady and disappointing.
