        Whether you are a beginner or a season gym vet, the Chop Shop is a great place to learn and grow. I have been there for 3 months and I have nothing but high praise for the facility and the coaches. My fellow Chop Shoppers and I are constantly pushing each other to be better, be stronger, and accomplish new goals.
