Delivery guys damaged my floors while delivering my furniture. Raymour & Flanigan customer service over at the Mercer Mall location (where I purchased the furniture) gave me this service center's phone number because they said it's out of their hands. Said they can't help one bit because it's not their problem. Told me to give this place 48 hours to return my call. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything. It's like they purposely give you a number that goes no where so they don't have to deal with you or drag it out as long as possible so you give up. "White glove delivery" is such a joke. Raymour & flanigan hires these guys and then says it's not their problem when something goes wrong. They covered my furniture with drop cloths but then proceeded to put the heavy bookshelf on the floor (it has metal feet) and pushed it instead of lifting so of course it gouges my hardwood floors. I tried calling this service center's number at different times of the day and no one ever answers. Doesn't matter which option you pick. There's no way to escalate the issue, and you're relying on their good faith to call you back. Guess what? They won't. So good luck if your house gets damaged by delivery guys. The store you bought your furniture from won't help either. Just bought a house and needed to furnish it but after dealing with this, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
