I reserved a large van for a group trip more than a week in advance. I even signed an electronic document acknowledging that the reservation could not be cancelled. When I showed up on the morning of the rental, the office was closed and calls went to voice mail. 45 minutes later someone finally picked up, said they had no record of my reservation, and they hadn't rented large passenger vans in some time. They did have my signed acknowledgement. Fortunately, my group was able to scramble and make other arrangements, but anyone else should consider this business defunct.

Not even a single star for this company... I don't know why are they even into this business... When you don't want to provide the service shut the business..

Don't get fooled by their low rates, these guys are fraud, stay away from this rental company and save your time and money. If you wish to take a chance then DO NOT Sign the contract unless you see the condition of the vehicle that you are renting since they will not let you come to their office and will ask you to complete all the paperwork online and only then ask you to come to the office and pick the keys. Their rental vehicles are right from the junk yard, god know how they are still able to operate on the road. Rented a cargo van that had 277K (didn't know a ford e350 can go for so long) and had all kinds of problems. Drove 2 miles and got it back to their parking lot as i did not want to risk my life on that clunker. Asked for a full refund but they denied and said i drove 71 miles on it which was false and they challenged me to open a credit card dispute and get a refund. All the 1 star reviews are so true about this rental company, wish i saw them before...was in a rush to get a cargo van and didn't think of looking at their reviews. I have all the pictures and proof to prove them wrong in my case, hope some law enforcement takes action on this company.
