        The owner is great. My truck broke down maybe 500ft from Their shop when I was visiting town. My father called since they are his usual service center. They towed me over, replaced my alternator, washed my car and had me back on the road in 24hrs.

        My friends and family have been using Tom at Electro-Tech for years. He is excellent at figuring out what is wrong with your car. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. I highly recommend him. Services: Auto water leak repair, Electrical, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

        This guy is a fraud. Please go somewhere else. He charges you 150$ to touch your car and tell you what AutoZone would tell you free of cost. Please Please Please don't waste your time with this guy. He would not install a part that was not OEM - because he only works with OEM parts - because he cannot be bothered to save money for you. Poor attitude - Poor mindset and overall terrible person. He is arrogant has a temper and is focused on taking your money. It would be fine if he was the only mechanic in town - but this is jersey....there are hundreds of great mechanics in town.. Please go to a Mavis or many other mechanics in the area on Rt 27 - He is out to get your money - that is his only goal. Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto detailing

      Mr. Taylor: Unfortunately, you chose not to bring your car to me. I appreciate your call to inquire about having me fix it. As I say to every perspective customer, "I have a minimum charge of 1 hour labor. If I can fix your car during that time, then there is not additional labor charge. If I am unable to fix it, that charge is credited to the overall charge."I guarantee all my work and, I try to keep costs down. I use all quality parts, not exclusively OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts.I have been in business for more than 25 years. My abilities, workmanship, and proven track record has now provided me with a multi-generation customer base. I am loyal to my customers, as they are to me.Area mechanics and dealerships know if there is a challenging issue with a car, I am the one to fix it. It is not unusual for them to send clients to me. I provide expertise knowledge, especially in the area of auto-electric diagnosis. Chain companies, such as AutoZone or Mavis, are not able to provide this expertise knowledge.I look forward to serving my area customers for many years to come.
