If you ever come here, make sure you don't have some prick named Luis. He sold my mother in law a phone because he claimed he couldn't unlock her phone. I went to her house unlocked it in 10 minutes and all she needed was a new sim card. She had him call me to find out what was going on and was pissed off that I got the phone working for her. He kept hanging up on me, and when I asked for a manager he would tell me no and hang up. He ended up turning the phone off so it would go to voicemail. Just wait until I get ahold of a manager. There should be a direct number to a manager since no matter what number you call he picks up. Sad some people like to take advantage of little old women who don't know right from wrong when it comes to technology

Best service ever! Out of all the Retail Wireless Center I must say this is the only place that I felt loved! Felt like I walked in my own home!
