      image Worse customer service I've ever had employee ruined and make a insurance check unusable because she ran it through there machine and then stated that even though it's a BOA check they can't cash it now I have to contact insurance company and wait 6-8 weeks for a new one

      image Usually good this time one atm was down. I thought I was doing something wrong until I walked to the other drive thru and was able to insert my card. They shouldve had something on the screen like This terminal is out of order or something like that. Normally though I have no issues. Its the only BOA in the area so I appreciate the drive thru atm convenience. The area is well lit.
