        I was able to set up an appointment online for a walk in service. I drove an hour to get there and when I showed up, the store was closed. There was only a sign saying drop mail-in packages at a neighboring liquor store. I went there and they said that they haven't seen anyone in that store and it is under a management transition. This would have been nice to know before I made such a long trip. You shouldn't allow people to make appointments if there is no one that will be there. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

        Completely closed on Saturday afternoon with signs that they are "Transitioning Into New Management" Another sign said that deliveries should be left at a neighbor in the strip-mall. Nobody answered the phone there and no outgoing message was heard. Probably a franchise resale that has to be approved by the franchisor, but that's just my own guess. Either way, they should provide information via a message when you call the number...
