Dr. Desai & Dr. Grey and their dental hygienist Alisha are amazing! Ive been a patient since 2015 and they always have taken amazing care of me! I even fly back from California to have my dental work done. Ive had, cavities filled, veneers placed & replaced, and they are always so flexible to schedule an appointment! Office manager Katerina provides amazing service! I will be back again soon :)

hygienist - Aleesha took all the X-rays and explained very nicely with all the details. She was not in hurry at all and answered all questions in detail. After cleaning is done office manager Kath reviewed the whole dental plan $$$$$ thoroughly considering my coverage/insurance plan. Overall very nice office staff. I will update this review post Doctor Arthurs visit.

I've been a patient at DNA Dental since my adolescent years, so I trust Dr. Greyf with cleanings and surgical work. I came in to fix a chipped tooth (maintenance has been ongoing for several years), and the recommendation was a veneer - a daunting experience for me. Dr. Desai and Christina were my leads while Dr. Greyf advised and checked in along the way, which I really appreciated. My only piece of feedback to the team is to take the time to outline the pros/cons and any other implications that come with what ended up being a drastic procedure. I had a number of questions, which were answered, but my issue is that the Q&A process should have been proactive on the provider's end. Even down to what the after-care process will be like (I still have questions!). Christina was A GEM, and I really appreciate how empathetic and understanding she was through the 3.5 hours. This was my first time working with Dr. Desai, and she was very precise and clear in responses...but a little too hasty. Again, this was a procedure that I was clearly apprehensive about, and I was looking for a little more patience from her.
