Realize that this bike store was being renavated March of 2018 but their phone line gives two messages of hours and they are not even there in the store even though they say they are! It say lowest is one star, but I would leave less, if it was an option.

I brought my frame to get the cranks remove because I didn't wanna bother buying the extractor to do it myself, it was a better way to save time and the hustle, they told me that they have to cut the crank because they couldn't remove it with the extractor they say was cheap aluminum when the bike is actual trek that cost me almost $850 and is one of the main name brands that they sale well I took my loss with the cranks, two days later I pick up the bike and the frame was full off of dents and scratches all around the bottom bracket and other parts of the frame as well, if I knew they were gonna do such a poorly job and damage the frame like that I will never bring it in the first place, if you love your bikes like I do think twice before you bring it in.

Went there today & sad to found they are out of business. A previous employee said both locations are closed but the Sterling location will be a Trex store.
