Rich came over and gave us a good quote for the tree. He wrote down the job, the date of the job, and the cost, but we followed up over 3x via texts and voicemails to confirm the apt as the date got closer, but he completely ghosted us. Now we're stuck behind a queue of other tree companies jobs. Do not use!

We had a job booked for August 3rd. My husband took off work to be here after it was confirmed with Rich Belmonte. However, they didnâ€™t show up until almost 2 pm and didnâ€™t want to start the job because it was too late in the day. We were told we were the next job on their list but they never came back. My husband tried to call them 2 more times afterwards with no response. Needless to say we ended up going with another company, Stateline Tree, and they were very professional, punctual, and reasonably priced! Very disappointed in the lack of service we received from A-1 and would not recommend them to anyone!
