We had two wool Oriental rugs in need of deep cleaning. Norbert set expectations when he picked up the rug saying that he didn't expect to get all of the discoloration out of one of them. When they were returned we were pleasantly surprised at how nice they looked. He and his team did a tremendous job with both rugs. We highly recommend this company.
