Dr. David Konigsberg, MD

I'm quite shocked by the reviews of the office staff. They are absolutely incredible. It's very refreshing to be able to call an office and they pick up the phone. Not only do they pick up quickly, they are SO kind and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and x-ray tech were wonderful. We had a lovely experience end to end. We were recommended to Dr. Konigsberg by our pediatrician and he fit us in the same day. He was great with my young child! I would recommend the office and doctor!

I brought my son to Dr. Konigsberg as he was recommended by several families in my town. The ER we brought him to said that X-Rays didnt show a break and that he was clear to resume sports after a dew days. He still had pain/swelling, so I decided to bring him to Dr. Konigsberg. Thank god that I did. Within minutes of an x-ray he found multiple fractures and swapped his ER brace ( which was not for the right injury ) , with a new one. The office staff got us in within a day of calling. We couldnt ask for a better experience.

I received this doctor as a recommendation from my child's middle school. I called this morning to make an appointment for my teenage son...and the office rep. that answered the phone was extremely impatient and rude! The call began very "staticky" as I was calling from my mobile. Now, when a parent calls a specialist's office, clearly its because their child or loved one needs their medical attention. There should be some element of empathy when an initial conversion begins. I immediately sensed she was getting frustrated. She placed me on hold twice, then returned with a poor vocal manner. We began to make the appointment, however, she kept stating "are you ready"..."why don't you call back when you're ready". I replied with "I'm ready mam. I have my insurance card". Its true what they say, your front desk can ruin your practice....and if that was the "prelude" to my experience with the doctor, no thank you!

Arrived 10 min before at 2pm I knocked on the door no one opened. Knocked at 2:02pm no one opened, but I could hear people inside.
