        Steven Tarta answered all our questions and explained the difference between will and trusts. He is an expert in estate planning (exactly what we were looking for). We couldn't be happier with his services. We are positive we have iron clad wills now (not like our previous attorney). He's also very personable, so the thought of preparing wills, trusts, health care proxies, etc. was NOT morbid at all. We are highly recommending him to our family and friends.

        Having moved to the area recently & being "newbies" in town,,,we were in search of a competent law firm. We arrived, as newbies, at his office, unannounced, to see IF his law practice would be a match for us....it was during their lunch hour & we were met with a most sincere, warm friendly greeting,,,based on this response from the team, we knew we had found our law firm. The entire office created a welcoming "vibe" as we discussed our needs... Steve's comprehensive knowledge, both past & present on several areas of our concern, connected with those needs,,,his abilities to read into those needs supported us with great confidence that we were the right firm, STEVE TARTA is an expert estate planner,,,with extensive, comprehensive knowledge for his profession...he takes a slow methodical approach to his explanations so that one understands the concepts & process being addressed. This move created the beginning of what resulted in a beautiful relationships among us, the type of relationship to I strive to achieve with. all my clients….. but it takes time for clients to appreciate that when I say I am not a clock watcher and you will only receive a bill based on the fiat few we all agreed upon at the initial consultation(s).
