The staff was unprofessional and disorganized. My appointment was scheduled for 2:15 PM, but its been an hour and 15 minutes and we still havent seen the doctor .

Very disappointed with Lab Corp. I got there at 7:45 for an 8:00 appointment, the individual that took my blood didn't get there until 8:05 and they didn't call me into have my blood drawn until 8:20.

The doctors are terrific, and the onsite experience is good. But the office management is terrible. It takes a very long time on the phone to do anything, especially to make or cancel an appointment. Valley has a perfectly good web service for this but they don't use it. I've never ever gotten a human when I called, they ask for a phone number so they can call back. But this isn't really feasible for me much of the time because of my work. Update: I recently made an appointment and the phone experience was greatly improved. My call was answered by a person, no voice mail and I was able to quickly find a time. A great improvement.

While I agree the office can be run a little better in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM should it have such a low rating. My primary Deborah Lader PA is the best primary care physician I've EVER had goes above and beyond for her patients and CALLS YOU BACK OR EMAILS YOU BACK when you leave a message. I really don't think the office staff should be how a doctor's office is rated. Most reviews here say the doctors are wonderful and THEY ARE and solely based on the quality of doctors here I use the Valley Medical Group for WHATEVER they have available in their network. As far as the office staff they can be a little bit better Zbut I'm treated by them when I go in with nothing but respect as do the nurses and medical staff the office needs to work on getting them on the phone better they need to be faster and get appointments in order SOMETIMES but in absolute emergencies like a high fever I've NEVER had a problem getting a same day or next day appointment but if you have to go to urgent care in Wyckoff I think it is I am not sure but THEY are wonderful as well I do not agree with such a low rating for Prospect Medical. One of my better doctors offices in my 42 years of life!
