We just starting using Green-Way Irrigation this year as our previous person we used retired. In addition to opening and closing the system, they also installed a rain sensor which we didn't have before. Reasonable prices, dependable and pleasant staff. Very happy.

Greenway took over the accounts of another companyI used. Had two servicecalls. They provide good service. Their technicians know what they're doing. I only have a problem with theirpricing. They don't simply bill you for parts and labor. It's a flat rate for everything. They are terribly expensive. I won't be using them anymore. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

I used another company excellent but doesn't do my area. So I called this company to do spring & fall open & close system since last year. They keep saying things are broken & it's really not. Paid money to fix piping. Had the system with no issues till they showed up. They came 5/13/23 to open the system. Person told me I need new zone valves since it's leaking. It will cost about $1200. They took money in March for both turn on & turn off. They did nothing to turn on. I couldn't go in back to check what they're doing as I was injured. They took advantage of that. I got company today to check & there was nothing wrong with the system. He fixed it for $95. I've been trying to call them since 5/15/23 to talk to manager & left numerous voicemails with no answer. One person was nice. Once I complained she became not so nice & told me manager will call. Usually they answer call but now they don't since 5/15/23. Fraud taking advantage of women & someone who is injured. No one use this company. They are not professional or courteous. I just want my elderly mom who's disabled hard yearned money back. Update they finally called saying they were busy. Hopefully will give my money back. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
