        Brandon absolutely messed up my hair, usually they are quite good but this time prime really dropped the ball. Passive aggressive service, cut my hair way shorter than I asked for, and a steep price. Honestly more disappointed than anything else

        My last visit here with my son rubbed me the wrong way. I was having trouble using the online booking system but there were tons of appts available that day. My friend told me they did walk ins so shouldnt be a problem. So I go over there (the place is empty btw) and the guys are all chatting and on their phones. A girl is doing a kids hair when I walk in. I ask if I can get my 2 year old a trim and they all kind of look at each other and one guy goes if you wait 10 minutes Ill do it. Ok so I wait, and watch him sit on his phone for 10 minutes while my toddler starts getting antsy. Finally the girl finishes up with her client and they ask her to do my sons hair. She did a decent job but really was making me pin him down so she could trim with a buzzer which scared him and he was already over it being here so long. All these guys are STILL sitting around on their phones. If you dont want to do kids haircuts, dont advertise it. Will be looking elsewhere.
