        Their meat products are not fresh, you can buy any cut of chicken today and by tomorrow it has a funky smell. And theres no point of going back to the store for an exchange/refund because the manager would literally give you dirty looks. Moreover, I observed staff members using the same gloves to handle both chicken and meat, Which raised serious hygiene concerns. Furthermore, I observed another staff member touching the scale after handling raw chicken, which further compounded the issue of cross-contamination

      All of our team members are fully trained in food management.We have not been able to duplicate your observation upon our careful observations. If you happen to see this happening it would have been extremely helpful if you would have informed one of the managers so that we may address any concerns in real time. We abide by all of the health codes as the safety of our customers and team members is of outmost importance. In regards to the returns, we back all of our products. If you have any questions regarding our return/exchange policies they are in clear view at each of the registers and at the front of the store.
