Is that time of the year again, I need new safety equipment and time to order my glasses from my favorite place since many years ago... Rx-Safety!!! I wish Wiley X would still offer the XP-23's, those were my favorites, but, I guess we have to try the new stuff. Now my son also orders from Rx-Safety, and he just got the Wiley X Peak, I like them too, I think I am going to try them next. Thanks fellows from Rx-Safety!!! I have been a customer of Rx-safety for years now my latest pair of glasses are Wiley X Kingpin. Ive had several Wiley X, P-17, Epic, Profile, Fusion, etc Rx-safety has always been my preferred place to get my eye gear, I will truly recommend them!!!

Every business ought to strive for the level of "all around perfection" that this company has achieved!!! I'm over 80 years old and seldom have I experienced the exceptional Customer Service as Rx-Safety offers. Not only did they give me a veterans discount but they also replaced the progressive lenses with bi-focal lenses and threw in an anti-reflective coating for free. Incredible company, don't look any further for your new glasses! This is a family owned business that actually cares about its customers and Quality!

Had a great experience. When there was an issue with the sunglasses I mailed in, customer service was quick to rectify it. This is my second order with them and they'll continue to receive my business. Strongly recommend.

I started my experience with RX-Safety back in January, when I ordered two pairs of safety glasses from them, service was decent and the glasses arrived a few weeks later. However my vision in both pairs of glasses was blurry on the right side, I informed them about it, double checked my prescription and sent a pair of old glasses back so they could fix the problem. They apparently remade my glasses and sent them back with the exact same problem, I discussed it with them again and was going to send them back for re-evaluation again but got busy with life and forgot about it for a few months. When I realized I had never put them in the mail I immediately did so and received a message a few days later that my option to have them fixed had "Expired" and the best they could do was remake them at a discount. After asking where it said on their website that there was a time limit on how long it takes to repair a defective product, I was told by the customer service rep to hold on and a few days later that the frames didn't fit so all they could do was offer to make me new glasses at a discount with different frames (keep in mind I had two entirely different frames made with the same issue already so to me trying again is a complete waste of money as there are no guarantees that new ones would be any better). I had also brought them to my own optician before sending them back where he said it was a common problem with prescription lenses bought online and he could make lenses that fit in those frames. After going back and forth with their customer service manager about the wording of their warranty repeatedly today I finally gave up and had to walk away as frustration was getting the better of me. All in all the company seems to be more concerned with maintaining their no returns policy than their good name which is an odd choice in a world where one bad review could send a lot of potential customers somewhere else. All I wanted was a pair of glasses I could see through or my money back as they had never provided me with what I ordered in the first place. *Edit: the glasses arrived outside the "30 day window" I returned them the first time in March and they finally sent them back to me it was the end of May. I sent them back again in November but the fact of the matter is I never received what I paid for. Do yourself a favor if you're ordering something from these people and just buy frames, guaranteed you can get lenses made for them somewhere close-by (probably for cheaper) it's unfortunate but it's the only way to guarantee you didn't waste your money

Definitely wouldn't recommend. Pretty much the same issues as some of the other negative reviews.
