Stay away. Worst experience. I have called James for the home inspection. He replied very quickly coz he wants to perform inspection. After inspection each and every time I have to remind him again and again to provide me report. Most of the time he never replied and he never pick his call or nor reply to email. I received report very late then he commited. After that I have reminded so many time for Redon then he complated redon test. He took all the inspection pictures and told me that he will provide me with report. He not provided any pictures from isnpection with the report and never reply of phone call, email or text. He never send me any inspection pictures and without inspection pictures report was incomplete. I will not recommend to perform any service with C&D. As of now he never replied back.

I would NEVER recommend C & D Home Inspectors. James Anthony inspected the house I intended to buy in 2008. He wrote the roof was in excellent condition. In Aug 2011 during Hurricane Irene, my living room ceiling collapsed when the roof failed. Four companies informed me that the roof had been illegally built on as many as 6 prior roofs (in places -- 3 over the whole house). I contacted James Anthony. He appeared to cooperate, but put my claim in to the wrong insurance company, ignored emails and phone calls, etc. I learned later that he was just waiting out the 4 year statue of limitations on actions one can take against a home inspector. When the claim was finally considered by the company that insured his business, they denied coverage on the basis of that 4 year statue of limitations. The insurance company's independent engineering firm that inspected the house saw that 3 layers of roof were clearly visible from the living room window. One commented "how could he miss that?"
