    Customer Beware! DO NOT Do business with this company owner Joe is dishonest! We had a pressure tank replaced in December 2019 they said the old tank was filled with water and was to heavy to remove so they put it over our sump pump to allow it to drain and said they would come back in a few days to pick it up. When I called Joe he said there was a $85.00 fee to remove the tank and he was not paying that, never mentioned that before was extremely ignorant and combative . Blamed me for not asking never mind they said they would be back to pick it up in a few days. Totally dishonest and RUDE Find Another Company . Bad Business Practices DISHONEST!! BEWARE Would Give NO STARS but that is not an option Find Another Company!

    Aqua has been servicing my well water purification system since 2005. They always do a thorough job servicing the system and have never done unnecessary work. I usually watch them work and they answer any questions I’ve had. They arrive on schedule and the price is always about the same. Good company!

    This company is so disorganized, disrespectful, and untrustworthy in every which way. They have completed the last job they will ever get with our company due to their ways and business practices. 1. We forwarded Aqua Industries a water test to request our existing system be recharged as it was not very old. Emailed them so there was a paper trail notating this request. They still installed a new system and tried to charge for this amount. When we confronted Joe about this adjusted the charge as noted on the invoice shown. We paid the invoice as any good company would, and now he is trying to come and say that he can't find that invoice and we still owe him $300+. Joe is also trying to say that a new system install had to be installed, even though he installed a new tank and head WITH THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER AS THE PREVIOUS. The only difference noted was the new tank has a fill port which makes it easier for the company to recharge the system. Another excuse used was that it is against his company policy to reuse equipment, but 2 sentences later told us to keep the existing system as it was good and could be used in another home. 2. Problem number 2 - We forwarded Aqua Industries another water test to request a new system which we billed a customer for. The homeowner wanted a new system and this was explained to Aqua as shown in the attached email. We were under the impression a new system was going to be put in and billed for it. Upon inspection of the installation, we noted the existing head was used (pictures of tank shown). We addressed this with Joe, but he claimed that he checked the existing head and that it was an automatic system instead of a manual so it is a better option. The only problem is that a. he never discussed this with us, b. he charged us for a new system, and c. we directly told him that the homeowner wanted a new system and we charged for a new system. So not only did he not get it approved, he also broke HIS OWN POLICY that he used to defend an action on our other property. As shown in just two examples, Joe, owner of Aqua Industries, is dishonest and will do what he can to charge more money. When confronted on both of these jobs, he continually made up excuses to try and justify what he did. On top of the excuses, you can't even try to dispute them as he doesn't let you get a word in edge wise during a supposed conversation. He called my foreman names, attempted to dispute facts, and tried to get our company to pay more money although we paid for the work and obtained a paid receipt. Please do not call this company for work in your home, for your company, or for anything!!!
