Its such an unfortunate situation. My uncle has been dealing with Mandel Plumbing for over 30 years. We had a heating and air conditioning unit installed last April. We have had nothing but problems from the start. My uncle is ill with Colon Cancer, COPD, and Diabetes and they are very aware of this. The air conditioner leaked and destroyed my downstairs neighbors ceiling to now constantly leaking water and coolant. It was 87 degrees in my home today and we called and left numerous messages. No response. 10 thousand dollars and I have to be worried that my uncle is going to end up in the hospital with heat exhaustion. This is a very bad situation. Ive worked in a HVAC office before and it doesnt take much to call a repeat customer back. This situation has to be handled. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system installation, Toilet installation, A/C system maintenance
