The worst phone customer service ever . Corporate needs to do something fast . Other wise you guys going to lose a lot of customers.

Honestly I walked in to try my last shot to fix the mess that I had over the phone with the outsourced agents before cancelling any service that I had with xfinity I was expecting more from xfinity but unfortunately I had the worst experience, the agents were telling lies over the phone just to make the sale and convince me to get the so called promotion which at the end turned to be legit scam. the assistant manager did an awesome job and made everything right that day(Dec 27) (dont recall the name I guess was Jouan). Many thanks & I appreciate your assistance.
