Literally not a single thing was done properly in repairing my HVAC and following up. Our AC issue was originally misdiagnosed by Fred as a sensor issue. We were melting in the apartment for 2 weeks and had to keep calling for time estimates because they never returned our requests to expedite or give us a time estimate. 2 weeks later another technician comes, turns out another part was actually the problem, which he didn't have on him. In the meantime, he rigged the AC to at least work, thankfully (meaning this could have been done 2 weeks prior, we suffered needlessly bc of the first technician). Again we had to call in to ask for an estimated time for repair. Wait another week to have the second part installed. Without us being told ahead of time, and not in line with the original price estimate, they installed and charged us for both parts, even though only the latter was needed. We paid $900+ over the phone and asked for an invoice...never got an invoice. Called and requested the next day, still no invoice. Called again and requested an invoice the next day, got sent someone else's invoice. Finally sent the correct receipt for the right apartment, but they put in the wrong name. Absolutely ridiculous, will never use this company again. Super disorganized, very unreliable. Will also add that not a single person who came into our apartment from Bill Leary (3 technicians) wore a mask even though we did, nor even asked if they could come in without a mask.

Nick B was great. He was on time. Received a text prior to appointment with a photo letting us know who would be performing our annual routine heating maintenance. Quick and efficient. Never had an issue with this company.

I called for yearly service. Charles was my service tech again. Timely arrival. Charles found some discrepancies that should be corrected. He spent a long time on my boiler, many things got removed, cleaned and reinstalled. A very professional job. I’ve been using this company for a very long time. They are good and prompt. I hope they keep Charles for a long time because I trust him. He really knows boilers and hot water heaters. Thanks Bill Leary and Charles for the awesome support.
