Was recommended by a good friend of mine. They installed a water heater for me less than a year ago. The other day, the pilot light went out. I had no hot water. Not having ANY expertise with this kind of stuff and very nervous about lighting anything next to my furnace, I called them and asked for help. I was told to "just turn the knob and light the pilot light". I answered them, "Just turn the knob and light the pilot light? I don't know what I'm doing." "Just turn the knob and push the button and light it." Seeing I wasn't getting anywhere with this, I said, "Yeah, ok" and I hung up. I was expecting something like, "No problem. Let's get a date and we'll come to your house and take a look and have you set up right away." Nothing. I call 7 different plumbers. Finally, one comes over, fixes it, and then asks me, "Who installed this?" Needless to say, not only was the vent on top never screwed on, but most of the installation was sub-par. I'm still close with my friend but I would never use these guys again and encourage you not to either.

My neighbor hired this plumber to correct a sewage line issue. They damaged my foundation. I have hired an engineer and filed a homeowner's claim. I made a complaint to the DEP for the plumber putting the contaminated sewage covered soil and broken cast iron pipes back in the hole before doing a sub par job of concreting the alley. There are gaping holes along my foundation allowing rain to pour completely down and saturating through my basement. I am making a complaint with the board of examiners against their plumbing license. Here are a few of the images of their finished product. My house is on the left.
