      Have been going here for years and this is the smaller NJSoM branch compared to the Cherry Hill location.

      image The whole system structure is infuriating and confusing to the extent that literally within two hours after I paid for the entire month of lessons. I called them back and told him that my children would not be attending anymore and they could consider the entire cost of the month, as well as the value of all of the make up sessions that my children have on file with them, my longest finger from me to the whole business.

      Hi May, We are sorry you feel this way. We try our best to keep our policies as simple as possible. Our policies regarding payment schedule, lessons schedules, absences and make ups are always stated at registration and are available 24/7 on our website. Sometimes it can be difficult to schedule makeups due to schedule restrictions on our end and on those of the student. This is why 2023 absences can be made up anytime during 2023. You are welcome to schedule make up lessons for your missed lessons anytime during this calendar year. Regardless, we wish your children well in their musical pursuits.
