Do not use Anthony Zappy (Zappaumbulso) at Altantic Coast Insurance Center 2 Union St. Medford NJ 08055. I cancelled an insurance policy but still have not received my refund for $2629.40 after four months. Maybe, he is giving up the insurance business as he is now a partner in Nale House Brewing Company in Medford. I contacted the NJ Insurance Commission last month – still no refund. Below are some of the email lies he sent to me.
On 10/12/16
Hi Anthony the policy was cancelled on the 26th the day it was to start you are getting back 100% of your money and it can take up to 30 days from cancellation for me to receive the money back. They just took back my commission last week so I except the money by the end of the month.
On 11/10/16
Lords of London processed the check Monday I should have it by tomorrow or Monday and then I will send it to you it’s for 2629.40
On 12/5/16
I got your call on Friday by state law all refunds must be done by years end I will wait till Friday 12-9 if the check is not here I will refund you out of the agency
On 12/30/16
The check was mailed to me it has to clear my account then I will send it to you. The State of NJ is aware of this.
