I was interested in getting more information on this daycare - until I put a request in. I put a request in online and in the comments section stated that I was interested in information and I prefer contact my email only due to work. I was called once every. single. hour. for 4 hours. ANNND no message was left a single time that they called. I am working and cannot constantly have my phone ringing. Calling over and over and NOT leaving a message is VERY unprofessional and was an instant turn off.
This school may have good reviews etc. but once that happened I was very disappointed in the lack professionalism. At least leave a message and give me time to listen to it and call back.

My family has been attending Childtime for almost 4 years now and we love it! The staff is extremely loving, professional, and responsive to our needs. At this point, they are like family. It is a clean and safe atmosphere with reasonable tuition.

Worked with the worst bosses ever.
All I can say is working here was a nightmare. Ive worked with children for 3 years and never had this many problems at a daycare. The managers have no idea what they are doing and in the end result I had a boss come barging into my classroom raising her voice and yelling at me in front of the children and it scared them. She said, its people like you who shouldnt be working here and Im a person of color. Shout-out to Alex. I hope you get fired. I will miss my kids so much. I adored each and every single one of them, its ashame I will never get to see them again. Someone needs to reevaluate and get a whole new managing system going and this school wouldnt be so bad. Oh and all your staff are stressed due to the lack of help we havent been receiving despite us asking for help. I just think it needs a whole new team of fresh bosses who know what theyre doing. From what Ive heard and my understanding Jenn has no experience with working in a classroom or dealing with kids in general. But if you bring your kids here good luck I would highly suggest elsewhere, I was in pre - k.
