Horrible transportation. DO NOT recommend. My 82 year old grandmother used this transportation to get home from the hospital, and had an awful experience. She came home crying and was ice cold (meanwhile had bronchitis and was on oxygen). She said that she asked the driver to close the windows, and he refused and yelled back saying that the heat was on. Besides that, he was driving so fast that my grandmother was so scared; she thought she was going to die. When we complained to the company they did nothing about it except deny everything, and then went on to accuse my grandmother of giving the driver covid. The employees that we dealt with were so cold hearted and have no business transporting medical patients. Do yourself a favor and do not use this transportation company for any of your loved ones.

Just used DesaCare to transport my mother to a Dr appointment. Brian the driver was excellent and a pleasure to work with. They were timely, polite and made the visit go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended company. Recently transported my Uncle, it was on time, quick, and safe. Will be using DesaCare for future transports. Fair prices too!

I do not even want to give this company 1 star. I had to so I could post this review. I felt that they tried to take extra money from us as they stated, "because my husband is over weight. " That is discrimination to the fullest! I am in a business where we use wheelchair lifts everyday! These lifts are made to hold up to 500 or so pounds. My husband has never felt so insulted and ripped off in his life, and by the way, he is far from 500 pounds!!!!!!! I felt there was no compassion to a persons feelings. My husband just had open heart surgery and to hear this was unbelievable!!!!! Think twice before you call Desa Care. Oh and by the way, I am 125 pounds so do I get a discount!!!!!!
