I am so happy with the decision I made to get the filtration system. I can feel the difference on my skin and even my dogs fur feels so much softer! I am saving on my monthly water bottle cost and our recycling is not full of water bottles anymore, which makes me feel like I am finally helping the environment! The taste of the water is amazing and I am happier knowing that I am not drinking all the bad stuff that was previously in my water! The set up was quick!

We got a water testing service for free from Home Depot. They provided results by phone and then offered to further test the water in home for free. They tested our water which was very cool. We had Younes and he was great! He was respectful, wore proper PPE which is great in the height of the pandemic. His lab coat made him look even more professional. He provided us with a couple of recommendations and explained the process of getting water filtration systems. It is your option to use whatever feedback he provides or not. It was a great experience and educational. And it helps your town locate areas of disturbance. We also appreciated the gift card for participating. Thank you

This company installed a Rain Soft water softener along with an air purifier and uv filter. The service was good however the maintenance is costly, $200 for an air filter and several hundred dollars for filters associated with the water system and of course a service fee. I have had this system for 5 years and although the water quality is much better the cost of the system and annual maintenance is too much. In addition the water pressure in my home was diminished to minimal flow when the shower was turned on. I closed the system valves and voila, water pressure issue resolved and Rain Soft is no longer in use.
