Danialle and her team are nothing but amazing! This is our 3rd time booking a family vacation through Beach Bums. the entire process is so easy and no I know we are in good hands. Hyatt Ziva was wonderful and so much to do from the pools, beach, exercise classes, spa, kid's classes, wine & cocktail tastings, food and evening shows. Highly recommend the resort.
Beach Bum Lisa is phenomenal. Everything is taken care of on the scheduling of your trip. No need to worry if she has booked your trip. Just show up and enjoy!

We worked with Lisa Z. and she was incredible. She took plenty of time before we booked going over the various options and helping us find the right resort for our family. She was absolutely spot-on with her recommendation - we loved the resort! She continued to check in as the trip approached to make sure we are all set and to share tips/tricks to help make our stay (and return flight) smoother.
While on vacation, Lisa helped us arrange private transport with very short notice, which was a huge help to us.
I can't recommend her or Beach Bum Vacations enough.
