My cousin has used this moving company they never came. Even though she scheduled this days ago. This is unprofessional and beyond ridiculous and the worse part is she already paid. I dont know whats the problem with this company but they need to shutdown. What kind of legacy is this? not much

One star is too much.  R.A.B confirmed my reservation a week beforehand and then never showed up, never returned my call or text on the day of the move.  I was forced to find someone else immediately and had to pay 3x as much. If I had the time I would take them to court

RAB Moving is a horrible company. I called weeks ahead of time and they offered me a deal I could not refuse.  Hours before they were suppooseooo come they were suppose to come they confirmed with me through a text and then never showed up.  It was devastating to know that someone could care so little. They dodged my called but answered my husbands phone call where they told him that he does not know where his crew is.  How do you lose your crew? They never called back.  They show up if the job is good enough.  Do not risk putting yourself in this position especially if you are not able to move furniture yourself.  My husband,  a friend and myself had to rent a uhual and do it ourselves because no other moving company was available. There were a lot of sweat and tears taking our furniture down 17 steps and out of our apartment. I think the worse part is that they DID NOT CARE! It was not an honest mistake because we had 5 more days and they did not try and call back to fix this when he "found his crew." Please be careful if you decide to take a chance on them especially because I read other people's review that they did the same thing to them, but since I wanted the cheaper deal, I thought it won't happen to me.  I have 2 kids that were so excited to move in, but we all had to sleep at family's because what should have been a 3 hour task turned into an over 12 hour task.  Moving day was suppose to be an awesome day that turned into a nightmare.
