Not really sure why they got such high ratings. Every time I go there I have to wait at least an hour to get seem even with an appointment. The employees are nice but that's about it. One time I had to wait an hour and a half only for a 5 min consultation. Then they charged me a copay for that. I was very disappointed. I would also like to say that I'm only seeing the NP so I feel like it shouldn't be that much of a wait but it is...

I must say the nirse practitioner Debbie is one of the most amazing providers there! She takes time to understand her patients needs, and does her best to meet them, despite any pushback she fets from she may get some insurance companies. Honestly, the whole staff there is amazing. I am very fortunate to be taken care of by the best!!
