On Feb 11 I came in to att in Aberdeen and Mr. Jalpan Patel helped me out, I needed to set up my new phone. He took the time to help me out and very friendly guy, he was able to retrieve my old information when the phone is inside of a wet well. I really appreciate the service that I was given. Very friendly guy always helping and took my problem as his own and didn't stop trying until I got my stuff. I highly recommend this store and to whom it may concern, You got great people in this store. Thanking whom It may concern Jeff WMUA.

I was swindled into buying their most expensive phone. I came in as a new AT&T custiner about a week ago, I had a phone from my previous carrier that was broken, I was told that once I got my new phone from them in the mail they'd take my old broken phone and credit my account the trade in value of a mint condition phone, I brought the old phone in today afyer receing my new phone and was told they would not accept it until I repair the phone, turns out the employee I had worked with previously was just a fill in and possibly not even an employee, the manager (not evwn sure if hes a manager) told me to bring the old phone in somewhere to be repaired and then turn it in. And they'd give me some sort of credit. I'll likely be leaving AT&T after this experience unless there is some sort of resolution. I now feel I should change my credit card info as this person last week may have even that much of a their seeing as he is obviously a liar and should not be trusted. I'd recommend staying away from this store and possibly this company general. I will update this if there is a positive resolution.

Recently went to upgrade my cellphone and a store employee by the name of Mildred assisted me, she was patient with me and helped me understand how to use my new phone. Went above and beyond to make sure all of my photos had transferred as they were of my late mother. As well as the messages. This stores customer service is grate! I was recommended by a friend. The staff is amazing and so is the new store manager John!
