Alliance Service Professionals

From the moment I spoke with Amy, I knew I was in good hands with Alliance Service Professionals. My hot water heater was leaking and it could have been a disaster. But thanks to Tom and Ed, the Alliance Service Pros that came to fix it, crisis was averted. We did need to get a new hot water heater (ours was very old) but they were able to install a new one the same day!! Ed and Tom were on time, pleasant, professional and had the job done in under 2 hours. I have another issue (totally unrelated) and they will be coming out again tomorrow. I highly recommend them!!! I called and made an appointment with Alliance on a Monday to take a look at a crack in an exterior pipe. They were very friendly, made the appointment to come out on the next day, Tuesday, at 2 PM. When no one showed at the scheduled time, I called. The gentleman I spoke with said he didn't see a record of an appointment having been made, asked who I spoke with (it was a woman), put me on hold, returned to tell me "it slipped through the cracks." So, I moved on to another plumber. Their first impression with me was indeed lasting, but not good.

Absolutely the best service!! I've used Alliance Service Professionals twice now!! I'm definitely putting them on speed dial!! I highly recommend this company. They're straight shooters, honest, fair and true to their word!!
