If you like being stood up, this is the place for you. Like driving miles to meet someone from a company that you thought would treat you professionally, only to stand there for half an hour in the hot sun for no reason? Well, this company will not disappoint you! Have nothing better to do than waste your time, energy and gas to meet someone from Humphrys that doesn't show up, just so when you call them they say that they didn't even have you on their calendar, especially since you still have their number in your call log? Okay, then you should call this company because that's exactly what you'll get. Talk to Patty...she'll definitely make sure you get treated this way. Make sure you bring some bottled water with you because you're gonna need it.

While I wish I could give them a better review, I cannot. They installed a flat panel patio cover for me at my home and after installation, I noticed the the corners where the gutters are, leaked slightly. They promised in writing to send someone out to address the issue and to date, have failed to do so. But they didn’t hesitate to charge my credit card immediately for the balance. I’m disappointed in how they chose to end this business relationship with a customer. UPDATE: I received a call from the VP of Global Canvas in response to this review. The call was greatly appreciated. She explained the situation to me regarding the 3rd party installers, apologized for the issue and offered to address it today. Unfortunately, I had to get it done myself after it wasn’t addressed earlier as promised. Still, I appreciate the call and the genuine attempt to fix the situation. Everything about my experience with Global Canvas up to this last situation was ideal. Therefore, I’m adjusting my rating from 2 to 4 stars.

Looks like a good price and interesting design for an awning if it ever gets installed. Week to week we get promised delivery dates. Week to week we wait. Don't trust any date you're given. We'll be back to write about quality when and if our awning gets installed. I'm back. Had to add supports to soffit to hold awning, but the crew showed up on time, had several excellent suggestions to enhance layout and finished up programming wind sensor (real easy). Hopefully you can see how awesome this looks. My thanks to Terrill and Billy for a great job. Lots of color choices and you can see how this compliments our house. Looking forward to shady days on our deck.
