Buying my home with Ketty was a pleasure! December can be a stressful time for many reasons. Often important decisions are deferred until a less demanding time. Well, I made an offer on a home in December 2019, with Ketty’s help, I also settled before the new year! Ketty’s professionalism and efficiency kept me focused on what needed to be doing, all the while, she did the heavy lifting ie. paperwork, coordinating timelines and signatures. Ketty has a generous warmth and I could feel she genuinely was excited for me to have a new home.
