Very amazing, came in to do a drug test for a job, there is a QR code that allows you to be on the waitlist. I went in around 10:30 am and waited for 1 mintues. Very professional and the proctor was really informative and respectful.

I don't know who drives for them, but someone was in both lanes if traffic. Turns out the guy was on a handheld phone holding it with his head and shoulder. Not sure why the Marlton vehicle was on the turnpike north but people were barely able to pass without getting hit

The employees are very professional and understanding they took their time and explained everything to me and took the samples, so it wouldnt ruin my hair

Very miserable old women with no people skills. Incapable of basic politeness or civility and quick to argue over tedious, trivial questions what should be their job to attend to. Inconsistent advice over the phone with zero accountability for their errors or disorganization. Blatant senses of superiority paired with Condescending tones and an inability to reciprocate basic manners. Passive aggressive hostility by means of slamming doors and aggressively slamming down paperwork and pens at their clients. A very sorry excuse for a service. If you want to feel uncomfortable and made to feel like their job is doing you some great favor which has burdened and inconvenienced them , Ambassador is the perfect place . Their job role suggests a great potential vulnerability onto their clients which they seem to take advantage of the opportunity to project a pompous antipathy upon the client.

Terrible place! I can't say anything nice about them. They totally messed up my husband's urine test for work and (miss-read) and now my husband lost his job. He had the same test done later that day through his doctor and it showed clean. They will not withdrawal their result. Now we will be speaking with an attorney. Dr. Mitra is a horrible human being and should not be in practice. Absolutely disgusting! Negative 5 stars
