I got the couch that I needed! Lucky for me no one else liked it so I got it on clearance. Deb was very helpful and gave me a great deal. The delivery guys, Nick and Ed, were awesome and very efficient too. The overall experience was painless.

Lazy Boy employees are the best. Friendly, helpful and professional. Sharon and Debbie were helpful and sweet! I will be returning to Marlton store!

Delivery by Manny and Josh went smoothly, was early (with warning, which is MUCH better than being late!), and overall was a pleasant experience! They even took the time to teach me something about the use of my chair that I didnt know! Sales experience was very good, too, with Sharon from Rt 73 Marlton LazyBoy Store finding me an in-stock chair from another store and then fighting hard to get me a delivery earlier than routine. Unfortunately, since the purchase was due to a medical emergency created by a 1 1/2 yr old LazyBoy power chairs motor dying, the earlier than routine delivery wasnt early enough to prevent serious health problems resulting. So, I cant give LazyBoy overall a 5 star for this. Im also not happy that my broken chair will take LazyBoy at least 3 to 4 weeks to fix! (Which is why I had to buy a new one!) But Sharon, Manny, and Joses efforts were outstanding! They made a disastrous situation much better!

Loved the experience. I felt no pressure, Chris was friendly and found answers to all my questions. I found just what I wanted. I felt like I had know Chris for a long time and I had just met him. A definite asset to the store.
