If you are looking for a top doc, I highly recommend Dr Sandy Nossier! Simply put… her knowledge, diligence, and compassion add to her dedication to treating her patients. I went through many doctors, tests, etc(Not to mention co-pays-thousands of dollars) over a few years without any cause or relief from my issues. Dr Nossier was my last stop. For the first time in years, I feel great! Thank you for all you’ve done for me!!!

The doctor is a thorough, patient, compassionate, and extremely intelligent caregiver. She truly listens to your concerns and adequately recommends treatments/tests/specialists. I have always felt I was in good hands when seeking her counsel.

My experience was not pleasant by all means. My appointment time was 8:15a.m. Put directions in GPS and brought me to a different location then back where I started. Not to mention Would have been on time. Called No answer... Finally make it... walk in... and receptionist says you are extremely late! Yea... ya think! Explaining what happened, taking the morning off of work. She says to me " Your gonna have to reschedule" This place was over booked and couldn't squeeze me In. Real nice.. A nurse comes out to see what was going on. Receptionist telling me again " you have to reschedule your appointment." Me: Just forget it. The Nurse "hmmm oh well" nice way to treat patients.. I knew right there and then it was a sign to go some place else.

I made an appointment BECAUSE I AM HAVING A MEDICAL PROBLEM At which time, I was told to mail in my medical records. I mailed them weeks ago, they then canceled my appointment because I did not have my new patient forms turned in 24 hours in advance. They claimed that I was informed of this, however, I was only told to mail in my medical records. I was then told to bring the new pt forms in. You cannot mail them, as per Yolanda, because she doesn’t “trust USPS to have them there within a week, you must bring them in or faxâ€. I was also advised that I cannot fill them out online, or email them, due to the facility not having “secured emailâ€. I do not have access to an antiquated fax machine, nor do I live close enough that I can just drop them off. A week later, they call me the day before the new appointment to tell me they haven’t received my forms. I informed her my husband was bringing them today. Yolanda then got an attitude with me, stating that “actually all paperwork must be turned in a week before the appointment.†This is ridiculous. All info on the forms were in the medical records they received weeks ago. Unfortunately, I will never see this specialist, due to her inept office manager. I can only hope the doctor reads this and is aware of the person that represents her in her office.
