I've lived around the corner from here for 6 years and they've finally annoyed me enough where I feel the need to write a review. First off, if you get anything besides a simple bagel with cream cheese, the odds of the order being made correctly is about 5%, Even if you only get a bagel with cream cheese, they'll likely find a way to screw that up too. They literally put so little cream cheese on, I'm not even sure how they can legally sell it as a bagel with cream cheese. It's gotten to the point where even if you ask for extra cream cheese, its literally a scraping on one side of the bagel. Lets not forget to mention the speed here...SLOW. Really slow. Like slow enough where I could almost go to Shoprite, buy some flour and make my own in the time it takes them to make anything, and that's only with maybe 2 other people in front of you. The bagels are good though, which is a shame because everything else is just so so bad. My recommendation if you need anything is just buy bagels and the cream cheese by itself and make them yourself, you'll save yourself untold time and at least you'll know it won't be screwed up.
