The Heist Insurance Agency has been my Agency for over 15 years their staff is excellent. My account manager is Gabrielle Sandfort and she is pleasure to work with. She will always handle any questions quickly. She reviewed my home owners policy on our shore house and let me know it was time to increase the coverage to full replacement. Thanks Gabby!

The residential insurance on my home in Longport lapsed not because of late payment but because the insurance agency contacted me by email but never called me to say the policy had to be paid by a certain date. There are many reasons for this, but the agency insisted that I pay double the previous year premium because I was late, which I refused to do. I then called a number of agencies that took my information but did not call me back even after I called them multiple times. I had never handled this type insurance before and did not realize that they were refusing to do business with me because my policy lapsed. I was truly stunned! I was becoming very upset and I was nearly ready to give up. Then I called The Heist Agency in Ocean City, NJ and spoke with an agent there, April Martin. She understood immediately what had happened to me and in no time at all got me a policy for less money than my original policy cost. Her handling of my situation was fast and excellent! April knows the insurance housing market in New Jersey inside and out and always does her absolute best to help her customers get the best deal!! In short, she is superb at her job in every way. April is a caring and compassionate person who is very patient and professional. After dealing with the other agents who promised to call me back but never did, I was made so happy by how responsive and honest she was. I really thought that I wasn't going to get insurance unless I paid a crazy high price. But April stopped that from happening. And for that I am extraordinarily grateful. Finally, April just switched my flood policy to another carrier at half the price! I highly recommend April for any of your insurance needs. I am so thankful to her for helping me out when no other agencies and agents would. Thank you, April!
