We could not recommend the team of Carol and Rebecca more highly. We decided to move to New Jersey from Brooklyn at the very height of the pandemic real estate boom in the suburbs, and we had no idea what we wanted or where we wanted to be. Carol and Rebecca were patient with us, ultimately taking us on three long outings across four different towns, including Rebecca spending the entire day in one town that we ruled out immediately afterward because the commute was unworkable. Most importantly, they always listened to us, were responsive to our likes and dislikes as we saw each different house, and pushed us when we needed iteven when we might not have wanted it. Ultimately, we found the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, in the perfect town, andwhen we were a little unsure about putting in a bidthey gave us the nudge we needed to take advantage of a great opportunity. Now we have a home that we love and where were thrilled to be able to raise our family. We worked with Carol to buy our first house last year. Working with Carol was a great experience, especially as first-time home buyers. She was incredibly patient with us, taking the time to introduce us to the area, thoughtful about showing us a wide variety of houses in different neighborhoods, styles, and ranges so we could hone in on what we were looking for, and honest and responsive at every step of the process. She knows everyone and everything in the area and gave us a great introduction to the community. And when our home buying process ended up taking longer than expected, she was a great advocate for us and kept us informed throughout. We feel like we won the realtor lottery in working with Carol to purchase our home in South Orange, New Jersey, in 2022. We moved from out-of-state and were relatively unfamiliar with the towns and neighborhoods in which we were looking. We met Carol as the selling agent at an Open House early in our search and connected instantly, and knew she was "the one" when she enthusiastically followed up the very next day. Carol was diligent about sending us listings of interest; always available and accessible via email, text, and phone; and extremely flexible with meeting us for showings in the few, brief visits we made from out-of-town. Even though we knew she was busy with countless other clients, she always made us feel like we were her Number One. When we found the home on which we wanted to make an offer, we knew we needed to be aggressive, and Carol was very professional, honest, and thoughtful in providing excellent, appropriate comps and guiding us through the process. In an extremely competitive market, the fact that our first offer was accepted on the first house we bid on is a testament to Carol's experience and commitment to her clients.
