She doesn't accept credit cards, demands that you pay upfront and takes four days to return dry cleaning. I don't know how she stays in business or turns a profit.

Service was great 2 and a half years ago when the owner had an assistant. My past two experiences with her were terrible. She refused to remove the sleeves on a dress that I wanted to wear in the summer and even suggested I buy clothes in a larger size. The second occasion she told me she couldn't dry clean a bridesmaid gown if she wasn't doing alterations even if I was willing to pay extra. She offered no alternative, was unapologetic. Will not be getting any business from me from now on.
