        we bought from Eastern Forklift Yale forklifts about a year ago and service was great and sales and service people were nice to respond my questions and concerns right away. Whenever I had some minor issues they came and fixed the problem promptly. We got impressed with the performance if equipment too . thank you Eastern lift

        terrible people if you are comming to pick up the load...very slow very lazy...took them 4hrs and 30min to load me 4 forklifts...and then they block me for another 20min.. so i couldnt leave ...would not reccomend

      We are disappointed you felt compelled to post this review. The forklift in question was sold (used) in 2022 and came with warranty coverage which we honored. We have been in business for more than fifty years by consistently standing by the products we sell and providing top-notch service. We are an honorable service provider, however, the warranty coverage on this forklift expired 7 months ago.
