My wife and I wanted to give this dentist a try as she speaks Ukrainian and felt comfortable. The staff is very nice, but that is where the positive part of this review ends. The first red flag, is they will write everything down on paper with no sense of organization. You will never know what you are paying for, nor do they know how to properly submit things to insurance or explain to you what you are responsible for. Every dentist I have been to in my life always obtained prior authorizations prior to treatment, and set the expectation prior to treatment of the cost.

Dear compatriots, I urge you to bypass this place by 10 roads and be more careful when choosing dentistry. The fact that they speak Ukrainian will not bring you any benefit. Smiles unlimited is a collective farm without any service. The doctor is distracted between other patients, phone calls with insurance companies, and training his staff. With one problem, you can come three times, and no one will ever explain or warn you exactly what you are paying for. And with the result of their work, you will be forced to look for specialists to remake this horror. I have never seen anything like it in my entire life!

I moved to the area from out of state and came in for a routine cleaning. The doctor helped to also address some sensitivity and redid some fillings that a previous dentist did not do properly. Everything involving scheduling, insurance, and dental work has been smooth and professional.

We recently had to switch dentist because of our insurance changing and I am so glad we found Smiles Unlimited. The Dentist and staff are so nice and professional. I took my children there and they really took their time working in each of us. Highly recommended!!!
