    Staff was friendly and competent at front desk. Nurse was very empathetic. Doctor was very knowledgeable. I felt like I was in a professional environment.

    The receptionists over the years have been absolutely terrible, rude, insensitive, just acts like they are held at the office against their will. When a patient calls in a frenzy because the office never filled the correct prescription, they dont care to understand what we need, just tell us what they want and hang up the phone on us.. 3 times. The biggest complaint is that their phone service is horrendous, the phone appears to work when it wants to and they disconnect their phones after hours with no option to get in touch with the doctor or even a call service. Not the best service when you have a patient who relies on medication and can not get in touch with them for an emergency refill. I applaud the doctors that practice there but seriously could do with untrained turkeys that would give the patients better customer service.

    There is one receptionist there who rude to me. I had a brain stroke which leads to painful nerve pain in my face and she asked did I remember almost like chastising me about a note that I didn't even see about waiting 24-48 hours for your medication. Really? Customer service is an important way to communicate with patients who cannot remember a note. And that's a really long time to wait for medication that is already 2 days over due. Wrong line of work lady. Very disappointing.
