Like others have mentioned and the owners have tried to defend, no matter how unsuccessfully. The employees [really just 2 of them] , especially the male that is ever-present behind the register/counter are VERY rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly. So argumentative with customers that ask to have large bills changed in the laundromat. There is no issue with changing the bills so that customers don't spend $20 in a coin dispenser versus the $5 that they may need. The male would rather argue with you because he prefers that you do spend your entire $20 in the coin changer than to give you four $5 bills or and smaller denomination so that you can spend only what you need. Additionally, I over time I have observed the male employee only speaking with or interacting respectfully with caucasian customers, with me he is fine but for everyone else that is non- white they are ignored or he is extremely short and rude with them by choice and for no reason. No matter what the owners respond in their defense [those responses to customer comments show their true colors - rude, nasty, and unprofessional just as commenters mention], its obvious that they have a serious problem with the way that they treat some customers based on the numerous attestations to this issue seen here in these google comments. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Not ever frequenting this establishment again and I am better for it. I don't spend my $ where I am mistreated or not welcome especially because there are so many nearby alternatives where customers aren't disrespected.
